What does graduate research look like on Lake Champlain?
SUNY Plattsburgh recently celebrated the dedication of its newest research vessel, the R/V Leptodora, a resource that will expand hands-on field research opportunities for Natural Resources and Ecology master's students. From studying aquatic ecosystems and invasive species to analyzing long-term environmental data, our graduate students are conducting meaningful research connected to one of the region's most important freshwater resources. Swipe to meet graduate researchers Miranda Rummell and John Hanosek and learn more about their work on Lake Champlain.
