One high one low, one good one bad, one one right one wrong one👇
One is divine “God” One is “devil incarnate” [archtypes because a long time ago they needed this simile to understand and explain being human]
One goal driven one reactive
One constructive one destructive
One negative one positive

So be angry.
But let it be fuel in action
Build towards positive frequency for your life. You do not deserve to succumb to your anger, or the anger of anyone around you. Anger is a recipe for oppression.

how does love move
does it dance in the ran and run free in the sunshine?
does it stomp?
does it standstill?
is it quite like a soft breeze against leaves?
is it thunderous like an afternoon storm in the summer?
would it be quick like the whip of a cobra?
would it last as long as bones buried deep beneath the soil?
can it make the smallest creature feel safe even against the unknown vastness within itself?
can it accept the caterpillar and the butterfly, the tadpole and the frog through all stages of life?

love is not the word
love moves the way actions do

you will know love, when you know what love is not

Life is long and weird, I try everything in my power to keep my head above the rising water. Some days all you can do is remind yourself that everything is a cycle and of course there will be ups and downs, of course time isn’t infinite, but this isn’t the last moment. And even if it was, we don’t even know what happens to us after we cross the doorway to the next realm so today I’m just going to keep reminding myself:

Actually life is beautiful and I still have time.

Feelings are just visitors.. let them come and go.
