University of Wisconsin-Platteville Teaching and Learning Center (T&LC) The department is designed for promotion and resources related to teaching and learning, best practices and the continuance thereof.

Our mission is to provide faculty support services, programming, and resources in the pursuit of effective and innovative teaching that enhances learning at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. We hold "live" workshops, create materials to help with classroom instruction, promote mentoring, teach concepts related to advising, instruction and help with staff and faculty development. Current developments are being undertaken to take some of the materials to a video format for later viewing or reviewing. Workshops for students are also offered, focusing on the area of transferring here, advising and developing writing skills.
