The Alliance provides both a forum for discussion of relevant political issues, social activities, support, and education about le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender and curious individuals and allies. We also work to promote understanding and acceptance in the UWP community, the city of Platteville, southwest Wisconsin, and beyond. The Alliance is open to all individuals who wish to support, create

understanding, and contribute ideas to the LGBTQ community! If you are interested in joining the Alliance and are a member of the UW-Platteville community, please register at PioneerLink (https://uwplatt.collegiatelink.net/organization/thealliance)! If you wish to remain anonymous, you can do so by changing your privacy settings. We usually meet in The Doyle Center (Warner 136) at 6:00 pm on Thursdays. We are also very involved with the Doyle Center for Gender and Sexuality (https://www.facebook.com/UWPlattevilleDoyleCenter) and we encourage you to visit it sometime. We have office hours there from 12:00-2:00 pm on Wednesdays.
