Interesting instrument of the day: This vintage King cello was built around 1938, before production ceased during World War II. King produced relatively few celli, making this a fairly unusual instrument.
This had been in my storage room for several years, as the neck heel had been broken, and it needed some serious help. I was finally able to get it playable last week, and it's tone is amazing! The first time I played it, I knew this was something special!
Due to the repair of the neck, we are listing this at about half of what they typically sell for, making it ideal for the advancing cellist on a budget.
