Every year our teachers gain valuable knowledge and growth for their classrooms through continuing education. Thank you, Ms. Amanda, for representing GBLC at the WECA Conference and bringing back valuable knowledge and connections to our team. We appreciate your dedication to your children, classroom, and always seeking learning opportunities. 👏📚

How lucky are we to have been blessed with your infectious smile, laughter, and kindness.

It all started with this high school senior walking through our parking lot dressed to impress - heals and all!

Sydney was the radiant smile that greeted our morning sleepy children and the bubbly morning chats that parents needed as they said their goodbyes.

She loved her time socializing and laughing with her coworkers, making after work plans, and snuggling and taking selfies with those babies. (If you still have any feel free to drop them below:))

She loved hard and built real connections with everyone who knew her. She left her mark on everyone at GBLC - families who continued to keep her in their children's lives babysitting, wearing their "sydney strong" shirts (to family pictures even!), continuing to ask how she was doing.

Our hearts go out to the Fecht family and everyone who knew her❤️

Our summer camp has been having so much fun! Thank you to all of the businesses in the community who have chosen to give their time to help our kids learn, grow, and have a great summer!

We thought we would share how one act of kindness turned into a meaningful lesson in community kindness and giving for our kids! Thank you to the Wellsandt family for donating vases at the beginning of the summer and to Ellen with Sweet Violet Boutique for her time and patience with this workshop. The kids were able to learn what flowers need to survive and all about being a florist; carefully carrying and filling the vases with water, learning about the importance of safety and listening with the flower shears, arrange and trim flower pieces, pick out their favorite bow colors, and deliver their joyful handmade gifts by wagon to residents - leaving smiles for both our kids and them!
