MEMORIAL DAY 2026… MURPH 2026!! Some of our Team Extreme members are on their 9th annual Murph challenge and some with us for quite a few years!! Today is the day we remember and honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country!! Lt Michael P Murphy born 5/7/76 served our country selflessly and in the end sacrificed himself to radio coordinates to rescue his team from danger. He is one of the many who we will never forget! The temporary pain of a crazy workout still is a very small way we pay tribute every year!! Remember the fallen. Honor their sacrifice🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
