Welcome to the Nurse Network group specifically for our valued Certified Nursing Assistants. With the constant progression of technology, we realize that there are more alternatives of communication. This group serves as a medium for an open communication between you and our staff. The goal of this group is to allow our dedicated schedulers to provide hours, transparent information, and answer questions, while limiting the amount of intrusive phone calls on your days off.
Within this group, questions about availability, important memos, notifications, reminders, and last minute job openings, will be posted.
However, this tool is as helpful as you make it. Working with the user system, we can know when you would like to be contacted or if you would like to be left alone. All we ask is for you to follow the simple guidelines:
1. If you agree, or want to say yes to our post: Like the post.
2. If it is a definite “No” and do not wish to be contacted:
Use the new Facebook function of the angry face Emoji reaction or simply comment “No thank you”.
3. If you do nothing and Facebook states you have seen the post, it will be interpreted as a “Maybe”.
4. If you do not with to display your information to the others in the group feel free to direct message or call the office.
Yes it is that easy.
Additionally, this group allows you to easily contact one of our Admins to answer any question or concern through direct messaging. However, we kindly ask you to not post in the group page to limit the amount of notifications the other members will receive. Working together we can achieve the goal of providing our service with a more effective, efficient communication.
