The ACT is a standardized test used for college admissions in the United States. It is currently administered by ACT, a nonprofit organization of the same name. The ACT test covers four academic skill areas: English, mathematics, reading, and science reasoning. It also offers an optional direct writing test.
Next ACT is Saturday, April 4. Register by Friday, February 28 to avoid late fees.

Juniors should take the SAT in March and May because by doing so they can decide when to retake the test. It is important that they are prepared for the SAT. One of the most important factors is the result of this test. The higher this number, the higher their chances of acceptance at their top schools. A higher SAT score can also help get more scholarships.
