Think you have what it takes to lead? Cadets are selected based on performance, academic excellence, leadership, and dedication to the program. This is your chance to step up, be a role model, and make an impact.

Make sure you’re ready:
✔️ Know your ranks, phonetic alphabet, military time & leadership principles
✔️ Understand staff roles & responsibilities
✔️ Bring your JROTC resume, letter of intent, and grades
