Parents! I’ve been speaking to parents such as yourself who are concerned about their child’s lack of confidence when it comes to math or chemistry.
During the school year, your child has a very structured and hectic schedule. When they aren’t in class they have homework and extracurricular activities that take up not just their time, but yours as well.
Why not schedule 1 or 2 hours a week to sit down and do a review of last year’s math homework and class notes? Review exams and work on the answers that your child got wrong.
Then start a review with them of what they will learn in their upcoming math class.
If you don’t have the time or the patience, I am available to chat with you about tutoring or other ways you can help your child boost their math confidence.
