Big news: KidStrong is partnering with Good Inside and Dr. Becky. 🎉

Here's why this matters: KidStrong is where kids practice who they're becoming - building strength, bravery, and confidence through movement and character development on the blue floor. Good Inside gives parents the language and tools to shape who those kids are, not just how they're behaving in the moment. Together, we're helping parents raise kids who are strong inside and out.

And here's the best part - all current KidStrong members, and anyone who becomes a KidStrong member before September 13, gets 3 FREE months of a Good Inside membership*. Take the same work our coaches do on the blue floor and bring it home, so what your kid practices with us keeps building at your kitchen table too.

Strong bodies. Strong character. Strong families. That's the goal — inside and out. 💪

*Must redeem by September 13. Check your email for your specific redemption code.

Throwing looks simple. The brain work behind it isn't. 🧠

Every throw asks a kid's brain to judge distance, track a target and time a release all at once. That's spatial awareness and sustained attention, two skills that show up way beyond the blue floor: in classrooms, on playgrounds, everywhere.

At KidStrong, we build these skills on purpose because "just playing catch" is actually a brain workout in disguise.

Up. Down. Left. Right. Under. Over. 🔄 Simple words, but every time kids practice directionality at KidStrong, they're doing way more than following instructions. Teaching kids directional terms strengthens their spatial thinking — and spatial thinking is the foundation for math and science. So that obstacle course? It's basically a head start on geometry.

The BOSU ball isn’t just a balance tool. 🧠 It’s a neuromuscular trainer. Every wobble forces your child’s brain and muscles to communicate at lightning speed which builds the neural pathways behind reaction time, coordination and agility. We don’t do random. Every tool in KidStrong has a reason. ⚡
