Had an incredible time the last two days in Orlando with the 2026–2027 Cougar Pride Leadership Team!
We spent our time building relationships, challenging one another, and having some truly meaningful conversations about leadership, service, and the responsibility that comes with wearing the Cougar Pride uniform. Our ‘Four Pillars’ of Character, Commitment, Musicianship, and Ownership, will serve as the foundation that guides this team as they honor the legacy of the Durant Band program while leaving their own lasting mark.
Watching these young leaders grow, encourage one another, and embrace the vision for the year ahead makes me incredibly optimistic about what’s to come. The future of Cougar Pride is in great hands, and I can’t wait to see what this team accomplishes together.
