All 3 Delta groups are in the air!

American Airlines group has started final descent into Tampa. Should be on the ground by 9:30 or just after!

Greetings, Cougar families! It’s been an eventful four days in the Big Apple. We’ve had to pivot a bit, but everyone is safe, sheltered, and well fed.

A few updates for you:

1. The American Airlines group and one Delta group are now boarding their flights home.

2. Delta has taken great care of our students and chaperones that weren’t able to fly out today by providing hotel accommodations and breakfast bags for their early morning arrival at the airport.

3. With three different Delta flight plans in place tomorrow, please confirm with your student which flight they are scheduled on.

4. Despite a few unavoidable hiccups, the trip has been a great success! There have been plenty of smiles and laughter—clear signs that lasting memories were made, which is what this experience is all about.

5. Thank you for giving your students the opportunity to be part of such a memorable trip!

Good morning DHSMP family. Due to an incident involving an airplane and a fire truck on one of the runways at LGA, LGA is currently closed. However, it is scheduled to reopen at 2:00PM today. Everyone in our party is safe and getting ready to depart the hotel for our performance at Carnegie Hall!

Don’t forget this evening you will need to check-in your student for their return flight tomorrow! Go cougars!
