Started my first batch of Parenting Sessions For Expecting Moms. It is so enthralling and enriching experience teaching techniques to relieve anxiety and Stress and also lay the foundation for a healthy, happy progeny baby

CLOUD 9!
- Pregnancy is an exciting time in every woman’s life.
- A time of intense expectation.
- A time to rejoice, to welcome a new life into the world.
- Time of overwhelming change happening at tremendous speed - physically, mentally and emotionally.
- The baby transforms from a tiny cell into a fully developed little person.
- Mother experiences drastic developments. Some interesting, some difficult to handle.
Thus, Cloud 9! is a series of 5 sessions for Moms-to-be on:
1. Invoking the Soul/Preparing the vision for your Child
2. Breathing Techniques, Yoga, Positive Affirmations- Help prepare for labor, lose weight after delivery
3. Development of 5 Senses of the Baby in the womb
4. Food Habits-Eat right & healthy so that its easier to lose
5. Taking care of baby after birth, massage, body care, also handling sibling behavioral changes
