Where God's grace teaches us....
Titus 2:11-12

We love Jesus and have a passion for teaching! We also have a variety of sports offered for grades 7-12.

We accept K-5 - 12th grade, and we are approved to enroll international students with F-1 Visas. We at Bethany Christian School provide Christian families with an alternative to the large, impersonal schools that unfortunately have become the norm in our country today. Because our class size is small, we are able to monitor student progress much more carefully. As a result, academic and behavioral

The window for applying for TEFA has closed. Here is what to expect next:

• Applicant notification. During the week of April 13, TEFA applicants will be notified of whether they have been awarded a TEFA account and, if so, which tier they have been placed in. If the applicant isn't awarded a TEFA account, they will find out approximately where they stand on the waiting list.
• Lottery. With 274,183 applicants for about 70,000 funded accounts through the $1 billion appropriated for the program, there will be a lottery to fund eligible students. Applicants in the Tier 1 category (children with disabilities whose household income falls under 500% of the poverty line and their siblings) are likely to be funded. The lottery will determine Tier 2, which includes families of four earning less than $64,300 without any documented disability.
• Court hearing. A federal court hearing set for April 24 will consider issues raised in a lawsuit by Muslim parents and Islamic schools that have sued the state over the alleged improper exclusion of Islamic schools from the TEFA program. The Comptroller now must secure legal defense after the withdrawal from the case by the Attorney General's office (see below), but the judge has said he wants to stick to the April 24 date.
• School enrollment. Schools can still opt in to participate in the TEFA program. So far, just over 2,300 schools have signed up.
