The fifth grade students outscored the staff today in the second annual kickball game. It was a fun morning and everyone had a great time. We were very proud of their sportsmanship!

A huge thank you is owed to the Hughston PTA for this amazing opportunity. Mrs. Martin received the Carrie D'Argo Social and Emotional Grant earlier this year. Our 4th grade students have been using the SEL kit over the last few months. They have been playing games, using matching cards and many more engaging activities to support the students' continued growth with SEL skills.

We enjoyed having our seniors return to Hughston this afternoon to share what their plans are for the future. The future is bright with these young men and women! Best of luck, Class of 2024. We are so PROUD of you!

At this time, Field Day will proceed as planned tomorrow! Please consider sending your student with shoes they do not mind getting wet and clothing/shoes to change into!

Today we had the privilege of the theatre students from Plano Senior High School come to perform their production of The Fairy-Tale Network for our students! Such talented students! Thank you, PSHS Theatre!

Here Comes the Sun! What a magnificent performance by the second graders tonight! They all performed so well and sang beautifully.

Congratulations to our Coach Lazarine! His Plano Senior tennis team is advancing to State! Go get 'em!!

It's almost here!! Class of 2024 seniors...make plans to join us from 8:00-8:30 for one final walk through the halls. Then come back and join us that afternoon to visit with all of your teachers and fill us in on your future plans! We can't wait to see you!

Parents of 2024 seniors...you are welcome to take pictures of the seniors out in front of the building, before they walk the building. Parents will need to wait outside the building during the walk-through. We invite parents to come back that afternoon and join us in the cafeteria.
