Learning looks different here.

At UYLC, we believe the right learning environment starts with the right fit. We aren’t simply a smaller version of a traditional classroom. Our program is intentionally designed for neurodiverse middle-school-aged students who benefit from learning that is individualized, hands-on, functional, and connected to everyday life.

Our days incorporate functional academics, life skills, executive functioning, social-emotional development, hands-on learning, peer connection, and experiences within our community, all while meeting students at their individual level.

UYLC is a TEFA-approved provider, and we currently have a couple of openings for the 2026–2027 year with open enrollment throughout the year. Both full-time and flexible part-time options are available.

If you have a neurodiverse middle-school-aged child who needs learning to look a little different, we’d love to connect and see if UYLC might be the right fit.

Our first day in our new UYLC was FANTASTIC! 💙

There was so much excitement as everyone explored our new space, and the lockers were definitely a fan favorite! Students loved seeing their personalized name tags and having their own space for their belongings, AM/PM jobs, and visuals to help them move through their day with greater independence.

From our cozy chill and sensory spaces to our kitchen and life skills areas, every part of our new UYLC was thoughtfully created to encourage independence, confidence, connection, regulation, and age-appropriate life skills.

Seeing our students settle in, reconnect, explore, and make the new space their own made all of the hard work SO worth it.

It was so wonderful to be back together with our friends, and we’re so excited to welcome a few more new friends over the next few days!

What an amazing start to our 2026–2027 year! We can’t wait to share more! 💙

🤩WE MOVED! 🤩

Same plaza. New chapter. 💙

We are so excited to share that Uniquely You Learning Center has officially moved to our new space at 1628 Mollimar Drive, Plano, TX 75075—just a few doors down in the same plaza!

Our team has been working diligently behind the scenes to prepare everything for our students, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back on Monday. Every day, we’re adding the finishing touches and creating a space designed to support meaningful learning, independence, and connection.

We are incredibly excited for all that this new chapter will bring and can’t wait to share it with you!

Stay tuned to see what we have in store for the 2026–2027 school year. We have some exciting things planned, and we can’t wait to welcome our students into their new learning space! 💙

Week 3 of July Enrichment was packed with creativity, movement, and plenty of summer fun! With the extreme Texas heat keeping us indoors most of the week, we found lots of ways to stay active by creating indoor obstacle courses, completing sit up and plank challenges, racing on seated scooters, enjoying yoga each day, and winding down with some relaxing movie time.

Our creative side was in full swing as we painted pasta and transformed it into colorful coral reefs and noodle necklaces. In the kitchen, we whipped up delicious marshmallow popcorn treats and dirt cups while practicing measuring, following directions, and teamwork. We also continued caring for our classroom guinea pigs, Minnie and Winnie, by helping feed them, spending time with them, and making sure they had plenty of love and attention. After several days of scorching temperatures, we were thrilled to finally make it back to the park today! We also had a very special surprise visitor this week when our Spring 2026 intern, Ms. Tania, stopped by with her sweet puppy, Jax, who quickly became a favorite among our students. It was another fantastic week filled with smiles, learning, creativity, and connection!
