Another great performance from the sparring team the competed in today’s Fort Worth Tournament! 🥇

5 athletes - 5 gold medals! And a lot of extra exhibition matches! 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇

We are so proud of the athletes that competed this weekend, once again proving that our strategic and modern training methods have been and will continue to be successful.

Only 5 color belt students participated, most of them fought with a higher belt or an age division above. Even to the point that one of our purple belt students was competing in black belts.

Our team strategically plans and selects students for each individual event. We can’t wait for the rest of the sparring team to compete in the next event!

A big shout out to our CN Taekwondo families who fully believe and trust our Olympic expertise, as well as supporting their kid’s dreams!

Agility training for our color belt up and coming champions. It’s important to practice the movement of the hips and knees for the modern scoring kicks in Olympic sparring. These movements are great to train while they are young, so that when they become older :they are able to achieve the kicks without the use of the arms.

Another day of Taekwondo. We are happy and proud to mark the first two years of our academy, where we are developing the next generation of Taekwondo talent. Our colored-belt sparring program for kids (ages 7–11) is one of our strongest programs. You’ll be hearing their names in a few years—working toward the 2036 and 2040 Olympic cycles 😁

Today we would like to announce a once in a lifetime occurrence. Today, it is with great honor and overwhelming emotion that we announce that Coach Carlos Navarro has been inducted into the sports HALL OF FAME in his native state in Mexico!

We thank all of our families for supporting us and for being part of something special. Our Olympic level academy has gained the recognition and growth it has worked for in just 2 short years since opening.

High level instruction and quality of classes by Coach Carlos Navarro has elevated the level and standard of taekwondo. All while modernizing and keeping positive environment.

We are sure the future has many great things for CN and its wonderful students! Even though Coach Carlos was born in Mexico, now he is devoted to spread taekwondo and elite training in our Plano, Texas community here in the United States.
