We’re excited to re-introduce the GT Sport Taekwondo 5K Running Team! 🎉

This team is open to ALL GT Sport students — whether you train in traditional Taekwondo, competitive Taekwondo, or both! And we want our parents to join us too! 👊

Our goal is to promote nutrition, fitness, endurance, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle — core tenets of Taekwondo that extend far beyond the dojang.

🏃 Build endurance
🥗 Learn the importance of proper nutrition
💪 Improve strength and fitness
🧠 Develop mental toughness
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Build community with your GT Sport family
🥋 Put the principles of Taekwondo into action outside the mat

You don’t have to be a competitive runner. You just have to be willing to take the first step.
