Bobbie M Marshall 🌻
She's trying to heal while trying to mourn, forgive, let go, love, and accept love; all at once. That's a heavy load for one heart to carry alone.
And nobody sees it. Nobody knows how many wars are happening inside her at the same time — quietly, invisibly, all demanding something from a woman who's already running on empty.
She's healing from things she hasn't finished grieving yet. Forgiving people she still dreams about. Letting go of memories her hands won't stop reaching for... even when her mind already knows they're gone.
And somehow — in the middle of all of that; she's still trying to love. Still trying to keep her heart open when everything in her is begging her to shut it down and never let anyone close again.
That's the part that breaks it.
It's not one thing. It's everything. All at once. Stacked on top of each other inside a chest that nobody ever checks on because she smiles too well. Hides too perfectly. Answers "I'm good" too convincingly.
She's not good. She's surviving five different kinds of pain at the same time — and the world keeps spinning like she's not falling apart inside of it.
One heart. Carrying all of that. Alone.
And she's still here. Still showing up. Still trying. That's not weakness — that's the kind of strength the world will never deserve from her but she gives it anyway.
