In October 1980 Tish Rochin became the first Herbalife Distributor in Texas and the very first distributor outside of California. Sadly, we lost Tish in 2023.

Healthy living isn't about doing extraordinary things. It's about continuing to show up for life, staying curious, and making the most of the body and time we've been given.

A healthy lifespan is about more than years—it's about participation.

Happy Sunday! May your day be peaceful, thankful, and full of little blessings. 🌸

“Well… this is awkward.” 😂

Getting older definitely comes with a few forgetful moments now and then.

That’s why I’m thankful for healthy habits, good nutrition, and support for brain health along the way — including one of my favorites, Herbalife's MemoryArmor®.

And honestly… sometimes you just have to laugh a little too. 😅💛

What’s the funniest thing you’ve forgotten lately?

Well... this is what happens when you spend all day in the flower beds. 🌸😂

Hours of weeding.
A few spiders.
A snake sighting.
More weeds.
A little sweat.
And somewhere along the way, my hair apparently gave up.

Truth be told, I've never been much of a gardener.

But my mom loved her flowers, and these days I find myself spending more and more time caring for them. What started as trying to keep her flowers alive has become one more way to keep a piece of her close to my heart.

Now if you'll excuse me, I think this gardener needs a shower. 😊❤️

Getting older is part of life.
Thinking old doesn’t have to be.

A healthy lifespan isn’t about pretending we’re young again.
It’s about continuing to move, learn, laugh, grow, and stay engaged with life at every age.

Sometimes healthy aging looks like:
• taking walks
• trying new things
• staying socially connected
• challenging your mind
• keeping a sense of humor
• moving your body consistently

Small daily choices matter more than perfection ever will.

Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep living fully.

Real connection is such an important part of caring for ourselves and each other.

Putting the phone down, sharing a conversation, laughing together, or simply being present can refresh us in ways another notification never will.

Wellness isn’t just about what we add to our routine… sometimes it’s about what we finally let go of. 💚

The weight of other people’s opinions can be heavy — especially when we’re trying to take better care of ourselves, make healthier choices, age well, or simply feel more at peace in our own skin.

At AHealthyU, we believe healthy living is about the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Sometimes that looks like a balanced shake, better hydration, daily nutrients, or Herbalife support products. And sometimes it looks like giving yourself permission to stop carrying what was never yours to carry.

Small healthy steps matter.
So does peace.
So does confidence.
So does taking care of you.

Healthy living isn’t just about what we do for our bodies — it’s also about using the gifts, passions, and light God has placed in us.

Don’t overlook what you have to offer. Use it, grow it, and let it bless someone else.
