The 61st Academy is almost over — and what a session it's been. 🌍⚖️
Five weeks ago, 32 lawyers from 19 countries arrived in Plano, Texas, for an intensive program unlike any other. They studied U.S. law, sharpened their cross-border skills, argued cases, negotiated deals, and taught each other about space law, international arbitration, bankruptcy, investment, and so much more.
This week, they wrap up their final days of class — and on Friday, they graduate.
Stay tuned — we're not done sharing this story yet. 📸

What happens when international lawyers and law enforcement leaders share a table and a plate of Texas BBQ? Real conversation. Real connection.
CAIL recently hosted a cross-cultural luncheon bringing together participants from SWIICL’s 61st Academy of American and International Law and ILEA’s School of Police Supervision — two communities united by a shared commitment to the rule of law.
Tables were intentionally mixed, the conversations were organic, and the room reflected exactly what CAIL was built for: fostering understanding across geographical and cultural boundaries. 🌎⚖️
