¡El curso escolar está a punto de terminar y estamos listos para divertirnos un poco! Venid a acompañarnos este viernes, justo después de que salgan las clases, para disfrutar de una sorpresa especial. Organizaremos una recaudación de fondos en Yummilicious Frozen Yogurt, en el 565 de Coit Rd, de 12:00 a 17:00. Por favor, decidles que venís por la recaudación de fondos de la Escuela Primaria Weatherford para ayudar a nuestro colegio. ¡Estamos deseando veros a todos allí!

The school year is almost over and we are ready to have some fun! Come join us for one more event after school gets out this Friday for a special treat. We will be having a fundraiser at Yummilicious Frozen Yogurt at 565 Coit Rd from 12pm -5pm. Please let them know you are there for the Weatherford Elementary Fundraiser to help our school. Can't wait to see you all there!!

¡Hola a todas las familias! Como el final del curso escolar es una época tan ajetreada, queremos buscar formas de hacer que las tardes sean más llevaderas. ¿Qué mejor que disfrutar de una cena sencilla durante la última semana de clase? Venid a acompañarnos en la «Noche del Espíritu» el martes 19 de mayo, de 17:00 a 20:00, en Cici's Pizza. No olvidéis mencionar que venís por la «Noche del Espíritu» para que nuestro colegio reciba una parte de los ingresos.

Hi families!! With the end of the school year being so busy, we want to find ways to make the evenings easier. What better than to have an easy dinner the last week of school? Come join us for a Spirit Night on Tuesday, May 19th from 5pm-8pm at Cici's Pizza. Don't forget to mention that you are here for Spirit Night so that our school receives part of the proceeds.

We have also been busy filling our PTA committee chair positions for 2026-2027! The following people have volunteered to help our PTA and our school with the listed committees! We still have an opportunity for you to serve our school - you could be our yearbook coordinator! If you are creative, tech-savvy, and would like a volunteer position that you can do from home, this could be you!

¡También hemos estado ocupados cubriendo los puestos de coordinadores de los comités de la PTA para el año escolar 2026-2027! ¡Las siguientes personas se han ofrecido como voluntarias para ayudar a nuestra PTA y a nuestra escuela en los comités que se indican! ¡Todavía tienes la oportunidad de colaborar con nuestra escuela: podrías ser nuestro coordinador del anuario! Si eres creativo, te gusta la tecnología y te gustaría tener un puesto de voluntariado que puedas desempeñar desde casa, ¡este podría ser tu puesto!

The WE PTA nominating committee has identified some amazing volunteers to serve as our PTA board for the 2026-2027 school year! They have submitted the pictured proposed slate. Elections will take place at our final meeting of the year on Wednesday, May 20 at 7:45 AM (drop off your Eagles, then join us in the conference room!)
Nominations from the floor will be accepted during the election meeting. Anyone who is a paid member of Weatherford PTA may vote in this election. Please note - There is still an opportunity to join our board! We are still looking for someone to serve as our Programs Chair. If you enjoy planning events, this would be a great way for you to serve our school!

¡El comité de nominaciones de la PTA de WE ha seleccionado a un grupo de voluntarios extraordinarios para formar parte de la junta directiva de la PTA durante el año escolar 2026-2027! Han presentado la lista de candidatos que se muestra en la imagen. Las elecciones se llevarán a cabo en nuestra última reunión del año, el miércoles 20 de mayo a las 7:45 a. m. (¡Dejen a sus Eagles en la escuela y luego acompáñennos en la sala de conferencias!)
Se aceptarán nominaciones de los asistentes durante la reunión electoral. Cualquier persona que sea miembro de pago de la PTA de Weatherford puede votar en esta elección.
