Friday at our annual Pre-K Tea, we had the joy of honoring some very special mommas. 💕 One of our favorite moments each school year is taking time to celebrate these incredible women as their little ones prepare to spread their wings and head off to Kindergarten.

This season is filled with excitement, pride, and a few bittersweet tears as we reflect on the memories made together at HGCLC. Thank you, Pre-K moms, for trusting us with your children, partnering with us through every milestone, and loving your little ones so well.

We pray you always remember that the seeds of faith, love, and learning planted here will continue to grow for years to come. ✨

Teacher Appreciation week has begun at HGCLC. Our teachers are planting the seeds of learning and faith! We are so excited to love on our amazing teachers!

🌱✨ Teacher Appreciation Week kicks off Monday, May 4th! ✨🌱

Our Monday theme is “Tools to Help Us Grow” because just like gardeners need tools, teachers do too! 🍎✏️📚

We invite families to help bless our teachers by bringing classroom supplies such as Post-it notes, pens, markers, notebooks, books, and other helpful items.

Thank you for helping us start Teacher Appreciation Week by supporting the amazing teachers who help our children learn, grow, and bloom each day! 💚

🎩🐣 Happy National Mother Goose Day from HGCLC! 🐣🎩

Today our halls were filled with laughter, learning, and imagination as we celebrated with a joyful Mother Goose Parade and a special Nursery Rhyme Read Aloud! 📚✨

Nursery rhymes are more than sweet childhood favorites—they play an important role in early learning! Rhymes and repetition help children build language skills, memory, listening comprehension, vocabulary, and early reading readiness. They also encourage movement, creativity, and confidence as children sing, act out, and recite familiar favorites. (Homeschool Better Together)

From Humpty Dumpty to Hickory Dickory Dock, our students had so much fun bringing these timeless classics to life today! Thank you to our families for helping make this day so special.
