In addition to highlighting Dr. King’s vision by showcasing how working together as one team can advance his mission of making a better future, this year’s event will celebrate the event founder, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝘆𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, who helped to champion diversity in Plano ISD and the community. We will also recognize the Dr. Myrtle Hightower Diversity Leadership Award recipients and our MLK Art and Writing Contest winners!
