The CrossFit Open is coming.
Olympians don’t guess their way into competition.
NFL players don’t show up without a medical team.
NBA athletes don’t ignore recovery.
They have chiropractors.
Physical therapists.
Strength coaches.
Nutrition support.
Because performance isn’t accidental — it’s prepared.
If you’re signing up for The Open, your body deserves the same attention.
A full-body performance assessment helps:
• Identify mobility restrictions
• Address imbalances before they become injuries
• Improve joint mechanics
• Optimize movement efficiency
• Reduce flare-ups mid-competition
I want to be part of your team this season.
Let’s get your body dialed in so you can perform at your best.

You’ve put in the work.
The volume. The intensity. The conditioning.
But if your body isn’t moving well, your performance ceiling drops fast.
Low back tightness.
Hip imbalances.
Elbow and shoulder “-itis.”
Those aren’t badges of honor — they’re performance leaks.
Getting assessed and adjusted before competition helps:
• Improve joint mechanics and movement efficiency
• Reduce compensations from hip or spinal imbalances
• Decrease irritation in elbows and shoulders
• Restore proper muscle firing patterns
• Increase power output and stability under load
• Improve recovery between training sessions
• Lower risk of flare-ups mid-competition
The goal isn’t just to feel better.
It’s to move cleaner, lift stronger, and compete without hesitation.
Peak performance isn’t accidental — it’s prepared.
If you’re competing or ramping up intensity,
schedule your performance check and adjustment.

If your baby is dealing with constipation, there are gentle, natural ways to support digestion at home.
In this video, I demonstrate two safe techniques many parents find helpful:
1️⃣ Abdominal massage – helps stimulate bowel movement and supports digestion
2️⃣ Leg bicycles – encourages gut motility and reduces gas discomfort
When needed, a pediatric chiropractic assessment and gentle adjustment can help by supporting proper nervous system function, spinal motion, and overall digestive regulation—especially when constipation is recurrent or associated with tension or restricted movement.
✨ Important: This video is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice. If your baby continues to struggle or you have concerns, consult your pediatric chiropractor or healthcare provider for individualized care.

Ankle Pain Sucks
Especially when you are just walking on the side walk and then the curb takes you out.
Let’s make our ankles stronger with these three movements.
Ankle mobility - drive your knee past your toes to break any scar tissue and to increase range of motion
Ankle isometrics - you can use a looped resistance band but simply applying opposing pressure still does the job. You will apply resistance pressure on inversion and eversion of the ankle.
Ankle strength - utilizing and loading the foot ankle complex allows strength and stability for the ankle.
Comment what else I can I improve upon
