Excellence within reach. Private lessons are held weekly and are various lengths depending on the age and level of the students.
The North Texas School of Talent Education (NTSTE) is a Suzuki program offering private violin and viola instruction and group lessons to children ages 3 -18. Group classes, informal recitals, group concerts, and play-ins are scheduled in addition to the private lessons and are organized according to the students' level. Three yearly formal recitals allow the students to grow as young performing artists.

Congratulations to Sophia for her outstanding performance of all movements of the Bruch Violin Concerto in the Lewisville Lake Concerto Competition. She earned Second Prize in the Junior Division! To play an entire concerto in competition is a significant milestone for any young artist, and to win a prize as an external symbol of hard work and self-expression is a nice bonus! Brava, and well done!

Happy New Year to all who celebrate!
With great pride we present a very special Book 7 Graduation Recital from NTSTE student Daniel Wang, who is a 6th grade violin student of Charles Krigbaum. Daniel has been taking violin lessons completely online during the pandemic and completed Book 7 without ever seeing his teacher in person. While it's been many months since Mr. Krigbaum and Daniel have worked together in the same room, Daniel has nevertheless made amazing and substantial progress. He has adapted to online learning and remained deeply connected to NTSTE through weekly private and group lessons. He shares with you now the two most important pieces in Volume 7 of the Suzuki Violin School: Handel, Sonata in A Major and Bach, Concerto in A minor. Daniel, we are so proud of you, and your growth and emerging artistry are on beautiful display in this lovely home recital. Bravo!!
Happy New Year to the NTSTE community! Sophia, your hard work has created beautiful artistry and self-expression. We wish you all the best in 2021 and look forward to your next projects. Keep up your outstanding work, you are improving and growing leaps and bounds!

NTSTE students have been hard at work preparing home concerts of the pieces they learned this summer in their online lessons. Here Raymond, 6th grade student from Allen, TX, performs Henri Eccles Sonata in G minor. Fun facts about Raymond: he has an incredible sense of humor and is a fine amateur artist. He has written over 30 unique comics for Mr. Krigbaum—while his sister takes her lesson—and they are all creative and hysterical.
