In Taekwondo, "Ye-Si Ye-Jong" (예시예종) means "beginning with courtesy and ending with courtesy." It reminds us that respect is the foundation of every match, no matter who wins or loses.
During sparring, we bow before and after the match to show respect for our opponent, our coach, the referee, and the spirit of Taekwondo.

What can we learn from this?

-Respect others at all times.
-Show humility in both victory and defeat.
-Practice self-control and good sportsmanship.
-Build strong character through discipline and courtesy.
-Taekwondo is not just about fighting—it's about becoming a respectful and responsible person
