There's something about being in nature that just soothes the soul.
Whether you're hiking through the wilderness or standing in front of a breathtaking waterfall, the benefits of being outdoors on your mental health are endless.
Studies have shown that spending time in nature can reduce anxiety, depression, and stress levels. The sounds of flowing water and birds chirping have a calming effect on the brain, causing a release of dopamine, the feel-good chemical.
Not to mention, hiking and exploring can boost self-esteem and confidence, as well as provide a sense of accomplishment. It's no wonder people often say they feel at "home" in the great outdoors.
I encourage you to take time to connect with nature, whether it be hiking or a quick walk outside. It could be the perfect way to find a little peace in this chaotic π

Happy Easter and enjoy today just as much as the rest of your family.
Mama, as you go about today..it's ok to delegate tasks to other peoole. It's ok to not have the "perfect" brunch or dinner..it's ok if you forgot something. It's ok to do nothing at all.
Don't get so wrapped up in the doing that you aren't enjoying. If you celebrate this holiday...keep the meaning in mind and reflect on the importance of Jesus rising from the dead.
Attempt to stay present in the moment. Even if it is just for a few minutes throughout the day. Try not to keep thinking about the next thing and what you have to get done.

The FREEDOM that comes with boundaries πΈ
People that continually violate your boundaries will be offended and think you did them wrong when you no longer act how they want you to or respond to them when they want you to. Stay strong and keep those boundaries! The toxic people will trash your name and character....that's ok! Don't do them how they do you...keep the boundaries!! πΌ

Iβll help you break free from the limiting beliefs that hold you back from becoming the best version of yourself. Being a mother is an incredibly important role, but it's not the only role you have. You are a multifaceted woman with many talents and passions, and it's time to embrace them and live a more fulfilling life.
