What a Night in Frisco!

We had a fantastic time last night at our WBU at the Ballpark Alumni & Friends Night with the Frisco RoughRiders! There’s nothing better than bringing the Wayland family together for an evening of baseball, fellowship, great food, and plenty of Pioneer pride.

A special congratulations to Rod Hite and Lillie Martinez, who put their Wayland knowledge to the test and won gift cards during our 7th-inning WBU Pop Quiz!

The evening was made even more special as we had the opportunity to watch WBU alumnus Arturo Disla take the field. It was an honor to cheer on one of our own, and Arturo was excited to see the WBU crowd in the stands supporting him! Once a Pioneer, always a Pioneer!

Thank you to all of our alumni, friends, and families who joined us in Frisco and helped make the night so memorable. We love creating opportunities to reconnect with our Wayland family wherever they may be.

We’re excited to welcome everyone joining us tonight for WBU at the Ballpark with the Frisco RoughRiders! Get ready for a great evening of baseball, food, fellowship, and Wayland spirit!

First Pitch: 7:05 p.m.
Gates Open: 6:00 p.m.
Tonight’s Promotions: College Night & Augtoberfest

WHERE TO FIND US
Our group will be together in the Dugout Deck — Sections 109A & 109B.

FOOD & DRINKS
Food service will be available from 6:30–8:00 p.m.
Members Express service will continue through the 7th inning.

We encourage everyone to arrive early, get settled, grab some food, and enjoy the ballpark!

Wear your Wayland blue and gold, bring your Pioneer spirit, and get ready for a fun night together. We can’t wait to see you at the ballpark!
