🍎Rosh Hashana Roundup!🍯 From threading and sounding shofrot in kindergarten to taste testing apples in Nursery Aleph, weighing our mitzvot and aveirot in fifth grade and learning about simanim and dipping candy apples in third, exploring bees (both hives and BeeBots) in Nursery Bet, and plenty of text learning in the upper grades, we went into Rosh Hashana ready for renewal, teshuva, and celebration. Shana tova - 5787 is off to a very sweet start!

Sneak peek into next year! Kindergarten joined our 1st graders for davening this week to get a glimpse into how their tefillah will grow right along with them, and to help them start to transition to a new classroom environment. We love these little opportunities for modeling, leadership and unity! ❤️

The Fifth Grade State Fair was a blast! 🇺🇸 Months of student research, writing, design, creativity, engineering, and hard work became the most eye-catching, star-spangled state displays. From the LEGO arches of Utah to the 3D-printed islands of Hawaii and everywhere in between, through brochures, booklets, paintings, mini floats and games, fifth graders highlighted the best of American geography, culture and history. We’re ready to pack our bags! 🧳
