As we head into the second month of the year, it is a great time to reflect over any New Year’s resolutions that you made at the start of the year!
So, it’s time to dig out your list of goals and make some observations, updates, and additions!
This writing practice is a great opportunity to practice reflection, self-editing, and establishing clear objectives.
If you didn’t write a resolution for 2025, there’s still time! Ask yourself these 3 questions:
1) What would I like to accomplish this year (or in the next three months)?
2) How can I accomplish this task?
3) What will happen if I reach this goal?
Check out the solution for Monday’s Math Monday Challenge! A minute has 60 seconds, and the city in the challenge uses 50 firework shells per second. So, multiply 50 shells by 60 seconds to find 3,000 shells per minute. The fireworks display will be 5 minutes, so multiply 3,000 shells by 5 minutes to get a total of 15,000 shells.
