Storms have already left their mark ... we are aware of the large evergreen in the front of the neighborhood that is down ... please let us know if you see anything else ... PLEASES stay alert as another front is heading our way later this evening ... if any trees are down next to the streets, you would have to notify the City of Joliet as they are responsible for the trees in the easement area which is the area between the street and the sidewalk ... stay safe neighbors !!!

Many people have asked for updates on all of the happenings in our neighborhood ... as a homeowner you can go onto the Foster Premier site www.fosterpremier.com ... and setup an account (most of you do have access already) so you can access all of our current documents and you will also be able to provide your email address for our neighborhood newsletter that provides very detailed information about projects/open issues and upcoming activities too ... rest assured we are working diligently to keep you all informed and this is the best way for us to communicate to you on a timely basis ... thanks so much for your support!

🌞🌺🌞 Happy Summer to you all !!! 🌞🌺🌞

We are working hard to make sure the common areas of the neighborhood are taken care of and happy to report our contracted vendors are helping to make our community beautiful!!

As homeowners ourselves we the board want to encourage you all to continue to keep up with your yards and take this time to be with family and friends and enjoy your properties too!! If you need assitance, I am aking if you know of any landscaping/paving/or concrete companies that your would refer your neighbors to please post them in the comments section of this post 👍👍👍

Sometimes we as owners need a little help and time gets away from us with work and family activities ... but as a community we need to do our part not only for the community but for your own property and overall home value/equity !!!

🐰🐰🐰 The Easter Bunny is on the move!!! ... our annual Egg Hunt will be on Sunday, March 29th at 1:00 p.m at the park 🙂 . ... please message us to let us know if you are coming so we can insure we have enough eggs ... this event is for kids 10 and under and all children need to be accompanied by an parent/guardian - thanks!!! 🐰🐰🐰🐥🐥🐥🐰🐰🐰
