How many of these pasta shapes do you recognize?

One of my favorite things about my pasta classes is teaching people that fresh pasta can be so much more than just fettuccine!

We make different traditional Italian shapes, and you get to actually sit down, get your hands in the dough, and learn how to make them yourself.

Some are easier… some definitely take a little more practice!

It’s been a little quiet over here, but behind the scenes, I’ve been busy making pasta!

A little look back at this fun afternoon with a wonderful group of moms. A couple of hours of pasta, laughs, good company, and the best part of all … dinner was already taken care of!

One of my latest pasta classes was to celebrate a retirement, and it made me realize again how much I love being part of people’s special moments.
A pasta class isn’t just for birthdays. It’s perfect for retirements, bridal showers, team events, girls’ nights, family get-togethers… really, any reason to get together and have fun.

The best part? By the end of every class, I never feel like I was just hired to teach pasta. We’ve cooked, laughed, talked, and shared an experience together. I always leave feeling like I was part of the celebration, and that’s something I never take for granted.

Kids jump right in during my pasta classes—mixing, rolling, shaping—and they surprise me every time. It’s messy, fun, and they’re proud when they see what they’ve made.
