Yesterday was a rough stitching day. Today does not look like it'll shape up much better. I need to figure out my breaks for stitching today and go. Otherwise, I will have quite a time trying to catch up over the weekend where we already have activities planned.

Despite good progress on the letters last night, that pink thread has run out my. I will work on sky fill today every chance I get. If I have a chance tonight, I'll go back to letters.

Yesterday, I kept wanting to get to my stitching but I had other projects to tackle. I didn't get my stitching started until about 9:00 last night. That may be a similar situation tonight.

After we got home, I did a lot of the detail work. I'm almost completely done with the castle. A lot of the things I touched up tonight were 3-5 stitches.

Tomorrow, I will work on the letters and work on more sky fill. 170 stitches would be a great way to start the week.

Of all the years I have gone out to Rochelle to knock down stitches, today was my most prolific one yet. Over 100 stitches of fill were made. A little detail work as well. I want to knock that stitch count down, obviously, so I will stitch when I get home. However, it's time for that drive home and pick up some pizza on the way. 🍕

Going to a baseball game is always a good thing for me. Last night was about four hours of straight stitching. Unfortunately, that's as far as it got. When I got home last night, I tried to stitch a little bit more but it was after midnight when we walked in the door. I did throw on a cup of coffee, but that didn't stop the fact I was exhausted and I needed some sleep.

I usually don't show the personalization because they usually involve more than what this one will involve. For this particular project, I only am using her daughter's first name. You will see this part all the way through. I took Disney script and graphed her name. The blue field I want to work on next against the S. I have the top of the castle to work on today, and then the dark blue field. It's a train watching day because if I stay home, I won't get that much done. I'll post more pictures tomorrow!

Most everything I got done yesterday, I got done at bowling. I came in last night and started working on another project which shouldn't have taken that long. It's still not done yet because I couldn't get what I needed to set up. Since it was after 11 o'clock at night, I just kept working at it and went to bed. Later this morning, I'll have to check in with a friend of mine to see what was going wrong.

I have a little fill left on the section I was working on yesterday. Then I have a little detail work and I can open up a new patch of sky. At this point, I just want to get that final part (that you haven't seen yet) going.

I did achieve my goal of a high stitch count yesterday. It brought down the daily stitches I need. I'm hoping for a high stitch count today and tomorrow. I still have a lot of backstitching left so I need to bring that stitch count down as much as possible.

Bowling tonight. I'm bringing my stitching to the alley so I expect a higher stitch count for tomorrow morning. Now if I could just get a high pin count... 🎳

It's time to see what you're working on this week. Somehow, it's already WIP Wednesday. Whatever medium you like to work with, let's see what you're doing this week.

There's been a lot going on this week. I should probably be happy I'm still averaging 100 stitches a day. Of course, I want to get closer to my stitch goal. I still want to finish Minnie Mouse Labor Day weekend so I better bear down and burn a little more midnight oil. Labor Day week is always a very busy week around here. I don't plan on stitching that week. Anything I get done will simply be because I had a few extra minutes.

Last night after my meeting, I finished the lowest patch of sky over the right side tulips. I am already loaded with more sky blue for today. I am going strictly for stitch count. Let's see what I can get done today.
