Round 2 is a continuation seminar, and Round 1 is mandatory.

Advanced Class Pressure Test: Timing & Distance

Last night we drilled one of the hardest skills in self-defense, reading distance under pressure.

The setup: straight punches only, real range, real speed. The defender’s job? Get to the outside line or close the gap to get inside optimum punch range, all while defending live strikes at their face. We layered in round house kicks and teeps to shift tempo and force adaptation in real time.

This is how we train it at Krav Elite, give students one or two focused problems to solve, then add the pressure of contact that’s actually coming at them. That’s where real skill gets built.
