I’m fascinated by reading about Blue Zones. These are a few areas of the world where people live the longest and healthiest lives. Just one of the things that stands out about these areas is that they eat many more legumes/ beans than we may be used to. Personally, I love them. These have a kick to them. I have been trying to incorporate more of these into our diet because both my husband and I enjoy them.

Hello again! I’ve had a few inquiries about whether I’m doing team meals or not. Yes, I am. Should you need help, just send a message. Well balanced team meals means a main, fruit or vegetable and a small dessert. $10 per meal per player. Packaged and ready for the bus or before. Hope your summer has been great.
