Talk about taking flight right out of the gate! 🦅✨

Our Golden Eagles spent Week 1 proving that when we stick together, our nest reaches soaring new heights. Here is how we kicked off an incredible school year across the hall:

🥤 Cup Stacking & Color Puzzles: Tying teamwork together—literally! Our eagles tackled mind-bending color cup challenges. Working together showed us what it means to be Service-minded teammates.

🎨 Play-Doh “Get to Know You”: Shaping bright futures! Sculpting major life moments out of Play-Doh gave us a fun way to Accept others, share our unique stories, and celebrate what makes every Golden Eagle special.

🫧 Bubble Variable Science Labs: Science class was straight-up poppin’! Testing variables, measuring bubble sizes, and recording data kept our curiosity flying high.

📚 Book Speed Dating: Love at first page! Students rotated through literary “dates” to find their perfect semester match—showing Respect for great books and discovering new genres along the way.

🏫 Parent Eagle Academy: It takes a whole flock! A massive shoutout to all the parents who swooped in for Open House. By Owning your actions and taking an active role in your student’s flight plan, you help ensure we are always ! 💙💛

Ready for takeoff! 🦅💻 Over 270 of our newest Golden Eagles just got fully upgraded for flight today!

Our 6th graders officially claimed their tech and geared up with fresh Eversole Run t-shirts, handed out by Principal Mrs. Shaffer and our new AP, Mr. Phelan! Huge feather in the cap to our incredible staff for keeping the nest running without a glitch during Chromebook pickup.

We’re fully charged, logged in, and ready to SOAR into an epic year. Tech-savvy never looked so good! 😎✨

All 6th grade students and their parent/guardians are invited to join us for 6th Grade Orientation on Wednesday, August 12th from 6-7pm.

Students will have an opportunity to meet their teachers and learn important back to school info. Parents will gain valuable insight into Eversole Run and learn key MS info.

Another year of learning, growing, laughing, and soaring together is officially in the books. Thank you to our students, staff, and families for making this year unforgettable.

As we head into summer, remember: once an Eagle, always an Eagle — and Eagles always SOAR! 💚💛

What are the odds of having the coolest 7th graders around? Statistically speaking, it’s a 100% certainty! 📊✨
Our Golden Eagles turned math class into a full-blown Probability Carnival, and the energy was absolutely soaring! Students designed and built their own interactive games—from gravity-defying Plinko boards to high-stakes spinner challenges—all to calculate theoretical vs. experimental probability. The prize? Sweet, sweet candy success! 🍬🏆
To wrap up their units, they plotted out some legendary Angry Birds trajectories on graph paper. It turns out that calculating parabolas is a lot easier when there are feathered friends involved! 🦅🎯
Our 7th graders truly embodied what it means to SOAR this week: they Owned their actions (and their equations), Accepted others by collaborating on awesome peer reviews, and showed us how to Enjoy the journey of learning.
