Join us in giving a massive Golden Eagle cheer to our incredible Student Services Administrative Assistant & Registrar, Christine Roliff, recent recipient of the October Golden Shamrock Award! 🏆✨

If you’ve ever walked into the Student Services office, you already know Christine is the true heartbeat of our building. She is the calm in every storm, the answer to every tricky question, and the warm greeting that brightens everyone’s day.

Christine’s impact reaches every corner of ERMS. As she prepares for a well-deserved retirement at the end of this school year, this award is a small token of our immense gratitude for everything she does for our students, staff, and parents. ERMS won’t be the same without her.

Parent-Teacher Conferences kept our school doors open until 7:30 PM last night, but there’s nothing we love more than connecting face-to-face with our incredible Golden Eagle families! 🦅💬 Sitting down together to share student progress and strengthen our school-home partnership is what helps our flock SOAR, and last night was a true celebration of community.

To make an already fantastic night even better, our incredible ERMS PTO and parent community made sure our staff stayed fully energized! A huge, heartfelt thank you to Zaytoon Mediterranean Grill for catering an absolute feast—hummus, tzatziki, savory meats, banana peppers, pickles, and all the fixings. (We olive connecting with our families over great food!) 🥙🧆

A giant Golden Eagle shoutout goes to our parents for donating fresh fruit, drinks, and sweet treats. And can we give a round of applause to the real MVP of the night? One of our talented 8th-grade students baked homemade gluten-free cookies that were a HUGE hit and vanished in record time! Talk about showing true Service-minded spirit and Accepting others by making sure everyone in our nest could enjoy a treat. 🍪👏

When school staff and families team up, we prove every day that we are . And the best plot twist? There was so much love (and food) left over that our staff gets Round 2 for lunch today! 🎉

Parallel lines might never meet, but our mathematicians are bringing it all together! 📐🦅✨

Mrs. Cook’s Golden Eagles took flight with a Gallery Hop! Students swooped from station to station investigating what happens when two parallel lines get cut by a transversal. 🔍 From alternate interior angles to corresponding pairs, they hunted down mathematical clues and built their own note toolkits along the way. 📝

After gathering all the evidence, everyone roosted back together for a group talk-through to synthesize their findings and lock in the learning.

⚠️ SQUEAMISH EAGLE WARNING: Real dissection photos ahead! 🧠🔬

From wearing our thinking caps (literally! 🧠🧢) last week to eagle-eyed surgical precision today! 🦅✨

Our Medical Detectives class with Mr. McNeil took learning to a whole new level with hands-on brain dissections—fake tumors and all! We might just have future neurosurgeons and medical pioneers in this group. Talk about big brain energy in the building! ⚡️

History isn’t just in the textbooks—our 8th graders are making it! 📜🦅✨

Our Social Studies classes turned back the clock to the 1700s for their Colonial Fair prep! From building 13-Colony displays to channeling their inner historical artisans, our Golden Eagles are proving that learning history isn’t taxing at all when you’re doing it with your crew. 😉

We love seeing our students SOAR by taking total Ownership of their projects and showing Respect for the stories that built our past. 🇺🇸🎨

Throwing it back a couple of weeks because samba-body needed to remind you of these incredible moves! 🦅💃🇧🇷

Time flies when you’re having fun, but our Golden Eagles haven’t forgotten the rhythm. In Global Studies, our students traded desk chairs for dance steps to explore Brazilian culture firsthand! Part of learning to SOAR here at ERMS means taking time to Accept others and celebrate rich traditions from all across the globe.

Safe to say, our Eagles didn’t just spread their wings—they landed this Samba footwork with absolute gold-level style! ✨🔥

📣 Golden Eagles turned up the volume today for our Fall Spirit Rally, and the energy in the gym was absolutely sky-high! 🦅
From our cheer team launching the fun to hearing core memories from our fall athletes, Student Council, and Yearbook crew, today was a reminder of what makes ERMS so special. And that finale relay race? Talk about eagle-eyed focus and serious speed! 🏃‍♂️💨
The fun isn’t over yet, Eversole Run! Spread your wings and head over to Coffman Stadium tonight. Let’s tailgate, bring the noise, and support our football team as they take on Karrer! 🏈

Throwback to when our 6th graders proved they’re total rockstars! 💎🦅

During their recent Mineral Identification Lab, our Golden Eagles put on their geologist goggles and got hands-on with hardness tests, streak plates, and the Mohs scale! We’re still thinking about how hard our students worked—their curiosity is truly as solid as quartz. 🔬✨

At Eversole Run, we never take learning for granite—and looking back at our Eagles collaborating, testing hypotheses, and SOARING through science is pretty gneiss! 🪨🦅
