Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up, and we want to shower our staff with gratitude! We are inviting all families to share a special message or a "thank you" for the teachers and staff members who make a difference in your student's life.

Simply fill out the form below by Friday, May 8th, and the CMS team will turn your messages into personalized notes! These will be given to our staff during our celebration the week of May 11th. It only takes a minute, but a kind word means the world to our educators!

Use this form to send a note of thanks to a staff member. We will take your answers, put them onto a beautiful note, and print them out to give to the teacher during Appreciation Week.
