Country Day Montessori School At CDM, we use individual attention and Montessori principles to nurture every child's potential Our children leave us with a love for learning!

CDM encourages independent, self-directed learning for life in a child-centered community valuing peace, respect for others, and pride in individual differences. From their experiences with us they have gained:

• the self confidence that they can learn
• an attitude that learning is enjoyable and fun
• that they have the right to make a mistake
• that we learn from our mistakes
• a

n ability to approach a learning task logically
• an ability to listen and follow directions
• good eye-hand coordination
• social skills which enable the child to cooperate and get along with other children—but, most important, an attitude of respect for others. These qualities, abilities, and attitudes remain with our children as they continue their learning experiences either in the public education system or the Montessori Elementary system.

Difficult to find the words , our hearts are very heavy. Please help us by praying for the children, families, teachers and staff at Pine Top Montessori. We are putting together a project to try and lift them up - please pm us if you want to be involved.

To our displaced teachers and families (alumni and current), many people have reached out to see if you need help. Anything from pizza to rides. Please let the school know if you need anything. This may be a long ride without knowing what's around the corner, know that you are not alone!

We did it! Opened for our first day of school! Even with 6/7 teachers on mandatory evacuation or evac warning! A little tough have a new crowd of students indoors all day but it kept our mind off the fire and was great fun! Here's to a great school year!
