Good morning, everyone. We are back in business. I was going to let these new culinary students practice one more week, to get them ready. But after a visit this morning to the science departments’ E. Campus garden for some fresh basil, I realized there is a bountiful harvest up there that needs to be used. And I do not want it to go to waste. I am running a menu one day next week on Thursday only. I will take orders up until Thursday. Thank you

School is just around the corner and we could not be more excited for another year of serving meals! We are looking forward to utilizing the harvest from our wonderful East Campus to bring you fresh farm to fork product!

We are set to begin serving meals by the middle of this month! We hope to see you soon!

This will be the last menu of the school year. Thank you to all of our customers for all of the business. We really appreciate it. The more orders we get, the more reps our students get, which makes them that much more prepared to conquer the culinary industry! Have a great Summer, and we will see you in August!
