El Dorado Class of '80 Reunion

Ok grads, there was an earlier conversation about having a 45th reunion because our 40th was hit with Covid. So here’s the finalized plan.

August 2, 5-8pm at Morenos in Orange. Dinner menu, outside seating, about $30 (per person), bar inside if desired. $150 to reserve the space if we grow over 30 people. The deposit is applied to the whole bill. It will be a prepay to the last treasurer, if she’s still willing, or we can pay the night of, our charge will be per person anyway.

Morenos has a three meal special menu for groups. The items are the combos # 5 and #7, as well as the super tostada. You may order off the regular menu if you have special dietary restrictions. Each item is $18 or less, $4 for a soft drink, and again, the bar would be on you, a separate (pay st thevbar), bill. Again , alcohol will not be a part of the deal, it will be available at the bar for a separate price.

Please reply with your interest in attending so we can get a ballpark estimate. No money will be collected until we’re closer to August 2, because we may not need to pre pay anything depending on our RSVP numbers.

Can’t WAIT!

In August there were 34 cargo ships that l was able to photograph from my seat on my flight. This was August! What took so long to figure out that this was an issue. SMH
