Teacher Spotlight: Ms. Natalie 🩷
While Ms. Natalie may be newer to childcare, caring for children is certainly not new to her! Coming from a big family with lots of siblings, her experience as an older sibling truly shines through in the way she cares for our children. She is mature, dependable, and always right on top of her game!
In just the short few months that Ms. Natalie has been with us, we have already seen so much growth. She is always on top of licensing regulations and takes pride in making sure things are done the right way. Her passion also shines through in her classroom decor and the beautiful environment she helps create for our children. 🥰
Ms. Natalie knows our classrooms and children throughout the center, but you will most often find her in our Infant Room as a full-time assistant, where she brings so much love, patience, and dedication each day.
I can’t wait to watch her career continue to grow and see all that the future holds for her in teaching! We love you, Ms. Natalie, and we are so thankful for all that you bring to our Lil’ Bucks n’ Doe’s family! 🩷

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our wonderful Mrs. Terrie, our new Lead Infant Teacher in Gardiner! 🍼💕
While she may be newer to our Gardiner infant team, Mrs. Terrie brings years of experience working in an infant classroom, along with the special experience of being a mom herself. She joined our Gardiner family after spending time in our Pittston toddler classroom, and we are so excited to see her take on this new role!
Mrs. Terrie is truly a beautiful soul inside and out. Her caring heart, experience, and love for children make her such a wonderful addition to our infant team. We can’t wait to watch her create special bonds and make so many wonderful memories with our littlest friends! 💕🍼

Today we are shining the spotlight on Mrs. Bobbi! 💜
Mrs. Bobbi has been a part of the Lil’ Bucks N’ Doe’s family for almost 5 years, and throughout that time, she has worn so many different hats and has always been willing to step in wherever she is needed. We are so incredibly thankful for her dedication and willingness to help wherever she can!
She is currently our Lead Early Preschool Teacher in Gardiner, but she originally joined us in Pittston as our Lead Toddler Teacher. Over the years, she has continued to grow with us and has become such an important part of our team.
Mrs. Bobbi is incredibly compassionate with our children and has such a special way of getting down on their level and connecting with them. She understands the importance of routine, structure, and consistency and knows that those things help our classrooms flow smoothly and help our little ones feel safe and confident. 🥰
Mrs. Bobbi, we are so thankful to have you as part of our family! Thank you for everything you do for our children, our families, and our team. You have continued to stand by us through the ups and downs, and that means more than you know. 💞

Today we are shining the spotlight on Ms. Kiana, our Lead Preschool Teacher in Gardiner! 💜
Ms. Kiana has brought so much positivity, structure, and consistency to our preschool classroom. She has worked hard to establish strong routines that help our children feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn each day.
We have truly seen such wonderful improvements in our preschool program since she joined our team. Her dedication to creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment does not go unnoticed!
We are so thankful to have Ms. Kiana as part of our Lil’ Bucks n’ Doe’s family! Thank you for everything you do for our children and our center! ☺️
