Can I tell you something I wish more expecting moms thought about before their babies arrive?

Not the nursery, the baby clothes, or the car seat. It's YOU and what happens AFTER the birth.

Who will be there when you’re exhausted and need a shower? Who will bring you a meal, care for the baby while you rest, or remind you that you’re doing a good job when things feel overwhelming? Who will be there to provide education and answer all the questions? All while coming into your home meeting you where you are at and unbiased!

I know how easy it is to spend pregnancy preparing for your birth and the baby. The nursery, the labor tools, the car seat, the perfect going home outfit, the endless list of things to buy. But moms, you matter in those preparations, too. 🤍

As a postpartum doula, one of the things I love most is helping families make a plan for those early weeks before baby arrives. Because having support in place ahead of time can make such a difference when you’re home, healing, learning your baby, and figuring out this whole new life.

You don’t have to wait until you’re exhausted to ask for help. You deserve to have a village ready before you need them.
