Meet the four Berkshire women named Commonwealth Heroines Four Berkshire County women received the Commonwealth Heroine distinction in June, which acknowledged each of them for their dedication to improving the community.
There is no boxing tonight. We had some flight issues and won’t be back in town on time.

Coach is about to be thrown o-goshi style during one of the free Self Defense Classes, she offers throughout the year.

Our approach blends rigorous training with the joy of sportsmanship.
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 6:30pm. With options for $60 monthly memberships or $5 drop-in rates.
Monthly rate discounts are available for Berkshire Nautilus members, both new and current.
We are a USA Boxing New England affiliated gym.
