Co-Dragon Staff Member of the Week: Travis Polidore: This week’s co-dragon staff member of the week is Mr. Polidore. Mr. Polidore is Crosby’s physical education educator at Crosby. Most of you may know him as the Car Line facilitator, as he is in charge of arrival and dismissal for students who come by car. He is a mentor to a few educators at Crosby and helps out with morning arrival in the main office. He is an avid sports fan and has an unconditional love for his New York Giants. Great job and keep up the good work!!!

Co-Dragon Staff Member of the Week: Heather Topoliski: This week’s co-dragon staff member of the week is Ms. Topolski. Ms. T is one of four specialists who provides music education to Crosby students. Her personality is as colorful as her different hair and unique clothing style. She is the schools union representative and sits on a few committees for Crosby. She is outgoing, bright and willing to support her peers whenever needed. Great job Ms. T!

Dragon Staff Member of the Week:Mary Whitaker-RISE Program
This week’s dragon staff member of the week goes to Mary Whitaker. Mrs. Whitaker is a RISE Program paraprofessional at Crosby who services the needs of Mrs. Schillings class. Mrs. Whitaker supports her students by providing small group instruction, holding them to high behavioral and learning expectations and is always present if they have a concern or issue. She takes pride in being a member of Crosby Elementary and is always respectful and cordial to her colleagues. Mrs. Whitaker goes above and beyond to make Crosby a special place. Well deserved and keep up the good work. Thank you!!!

Eva Buono: Special Education Paraprofessional-RISE Program
This week's dragon staff member of the week goes to Eva Buono. Eva is a Special Education paraprofessional who services the needs of Crosby's RISE students. She has been in the role of special education paraprofessional for a few years and this is her first year at Crosby. She is polite, hardworking and has high expectations and standards for her students. Eva has a positive demeanor and is always willing to lend a helping hand to her colleagues.
