10/18/2026

Nothing like turning a compost pile and watching the steam roll out!

That's nature hard at work, turning organic waste into beautiful, nutrient-rich soil right here in Rochester, Vermont!

Not too long ago, this spot was full of garbage cans waiting to be delivered. Now, every single one of them is out on the road and being put to use!

I'm excited to say that Music Mountain Waste Services has officially hit 100 active customers, and we've got a pretty substantial waitlist of people ready to get started!

We're still a very new company, and seeing this kind of growth in such a short amount of time has been incredible. I can't thank everyone enough for taking a chance on a small, locally owned business.

We're just getting started, and there's a whole lot more to come!

Next year's soil hard at work. Just a month ago this pile was almost twice as high. Through the composting process it shrinks 40 percent or so.
