Graduating this year? 🎓Here’s your reminder: you’ve got options if you need to transfer your lease!
Option 1: Have your current roommates (if any) buy out the rest of your lease
Option 2: Transfer your lease to another eligible student – yep, YOU’RE still in charge of finding your replacement 👀

How to start?
→ Fill out the Lease Transfer Request Form on Campus Link ASAP
→ $150 transfer fee applies

Pro tip: Requesting someone from the waitlist does NOT guarantee they’ll take your spot – ultimate responsibility is still on you!

Don’t wait until the last minute, seniors! Let’s get you out of that lease the right way! 💃🕺
