We’ve officially surpassed $10,000, with $10,266.50 raised so far! Thank you to all of our students, families, staff, and community members for the incredible support.

Reminder: the top 3 individual student fundraisers will get to choose from these prizes:

✨ROSS ELEMENTARY PTO FAMILY DIRECTORY✨

What is it?
An online directory of contact information shared by Ross
Elementary families.

Why use it?
Quickly find contact details for playdates, birthday invitations, carpools, and school connections.

What's new?
Previous directory information did not carry over. Families need to opt in again.

Participation is optional-but you must opt in to appear in the directory.

How to Access the Directory and Opt In
1. Visit: https://rosspto.membershiptoolkit.com/

2. Select "My Account" in the blue navigation bar.

3. Select "Your Family Information." Enter or update family and student information, then select Save.

4. Complete "Directory Publish Preferences." Check only what you want displayed, then select Save.

5. Open the directory. On the homepage, select Directory in Quick Links.

Note: Address and phone are required for your account, but publish preferences control what appears in the directory.

Outside The Box Labs
Join Outside The Box Labs for a series of after school workshops for 5 weeks of incredible fun, excitement, exploration, and experimentation as we examine our world through the lens of science!

Our AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM is the perfect way to get more exposure to the sciences. Our goal is to inspire a new generation of students to see science for what it is: A way to solve, figure out and discover. Knowledge is power, but only when you can apply it. Students will delve deep into the sciences and will have the opportunity to apply everything they learn through high-energy, low-stress hands-on exploration.

And, with a new topic explored each time, participants will see something new every time!

MORE SCIENCE. MORE WOW MOMENTS.
EVERY SEMESTER IS ALL NEW WORKSHOPS!
THIS ROUND YOU WILL:

• Dig into FOSSILS and hunt for real ones in rock from around our area!
• Experiment with chemicals to MAKE VARIOUS MIXTURES & SOLUTIONS
• Investigate surface tension with BUBBLES to determine what shapes hold and push their limits to the breaking point
• Discover the science behind sound and waves using our RUBEN’S TUBE,
oscilloscopes, musical instruments, and crafting a DIY KAZOO
• Learn about crystallization & MAKE CRYSTALS INCLUDES FUN TAKE HOME ITEMS

Don’t forget ….. today is our Fun Run!

Please be sure to send your child to school in their grade level shirts and running shoes. They should also have a water bottle with them even if they do not bring one other days. They may also want a towel to sit upon when they have their popsicles.
