We're looking to hire professional, fun-loving, energetic, team-oriented, & self-motivated teachers for our classrooms ranging from 6 weeks- 5 Years old!

To join our team you will need to Complete/Provide the following:
Applicant must have at least a high school diploma/GED, 2 years/2,500 hours documented experience or an associates degree or above
Act 33, 34, NSOR, & FBI Fingerprint Clearances (within the past 5 years)
Mandated reporter training (within the past 5 years)
Childcare Staff Physical & TB test (must be within the last year)
2 letters of recommendation relating to caring for children
Child care teachers are required to maintain a Safe, Fun & Educational classroom!

Director qualifications and responsibilities.

A director is responsible for the general management of the facility, including the following minimum duties:

(1) Administering finances, personnel, maintenance, meal planning and preparation and transportation.

(2) Administering the facility’s program objectives and activities.

(3) Designating a staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter in the Director’s absence.

(4) Coordinating and planning daily activities with the group supervisors or with the assistant group supervisors in school-age program.

(5) Overall program planning.

(6) Written evaluation of staff persons on a regular basis, a minimum of one evaluation every 12 months.

A director shall have attained one of the following qualification levels:
